  I watched the long walk the a few weeks ago and was thoroughly disappointed, apart from the major details (like the competition of the walk), it was nothing like the book. If you liked the book, you'll be disappointed, so just go in with an open mind

  ok fair. you reminded me. I watched "Running Man" which I was looking forward to and it was pretty meh as well. starts off a bit like Squid games, then goes on steadily if a bit unrealistic not exactly amazing. part of it has to do with the handsome guys face I just think he can't do many expressions for acting. like he has the normal face, then the angry one that was about it. 😂 characters were pretty cardboardy. couldn't even say the action was above average. the movie flew past and it ended which was an ok ending. but nothing spectacular.
