This is OzBargain - the fact you don't have any Eneloops could get you a permanent ban!

Far be it from me to piggyback off one of the rep's deals but on my weekly browse, I discovered a couple other decent specials. 5mp Battery Argus Eco Pro - from $89.72 (62% off retail) Available in multiple configs. For just the camera itself, it's currently $89.72 after 54% off + 8% off with code reopp8off. $12 more if you need a solar panel, and $4 less if you're buying in a two pack. As always, POE > wifi > battery, but this is cheap if you can't run proper cabling - although good luck finding specs or reviews online. Like the existence of the boogie man (which you'll finally be able to prove with this camera) - this one's a bit of an enigma… https://reolink.com/au/flash-sale/. 8mp POE ColorX 820A - 2 pack for $269.83 ($134.915 each - 38% off retail) Arguably Reolink's best bang-for-buck allrounder with full colour nightvision - 30% off minus + 8% via reopp8off https://reolink.com/au/product/cx820/?attribute_pa_version=2… Keep an eye on https://couponfollow.com/site/reolink.com for better discount codes which come and go, working with some but not all items in your basket. And never, ever look back on past Reolink deals from their AliExpress store, or you'll never find true OzBargain happiness…

Looks cool but not sure I’d mount it on my front fence unless I intended on replacing it daily.

Up to 9 months battery life. Blink Outdoor 4 is designed to last up to two years on a single pair of AA lithium batteries, my experience… 1 month (and I already reduced the recording time when an event is triggered). Mine just ran out of batteries again, and I am now on the 3rd set of Energizer lithium batteries (not even 3 months). At this rate, the batteries will end up costing more than the camera soon and it is annoying to change batteries every month. I'm sure Reolink is better, but I don't like these AA batteries based cameras anymore.
