The Xbox 25th Anniversary limited-edition Series X console and controller bundle ($1,250) and standalone controller ($119) are available for pre-order at EB Games and JB Hi-Fi. The controller releases 20 October; the console releases 13 November. Microsoft's own store was sold out at the time of posting. EB Plus membership is required for the EB Games price.
