I am not providing advice, only to say my reading of the above (The Feb. 12, 2013 study in PLoS Medicine (2013;10:e1001388) ) as advised discusses: "High dose diclofenac" which is "prescribed" to "the over-65 population, among whom risk factors like heart disease, diabetes and high cholesterol" - not dismissing your comment and not dismissing the article, but from my reading they are talking about: Different strengths Prescribed over extended periods To a very specific subset of the population With existing health issues Leading to increased risks of heart attack etc All fair, but on offer here as part of this bundle is a 20x tablet pack of 12.5mg diclofenac. Meanwhile to keep everything in context: Regularly eating fried chicken from chains like KFC is associated with a significantly increased risk of heart-related issues. Research indicates that consuming one or more servings of fried chicken daily can lead to a 12% higher risk of heart-related death.

If you're using or considering using Diclofenac, you should read about the increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

The article does not even mention the "high dose Diclofenac" that you quoted. Here is the link to the article: https://journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/jo… The only mention of "high dose" anywhere in the article refers to two other drugs, here's the quote Celecoxib and ibuprofen were associated with elevated RR values when used in clinical trials in high doses but not in the lower doses typically used in the community. No mention of Diclofenac in that quote.

Do you sell the relispray separately?
