  Love cast iron and even moreso, carbon steel. So when I say with some authority, “do not touch the grill pan”, take it as read that you must never touch a grill pan. This is really good, cheap gear - but grill pans of any description are red hot garbage… That said, great deal. Thanks OP!

  I have this grill pan. I hate it and rarely use it. Main problem is it doesn't apply heat evenly but it's also a pain in the arse to clean. I also have the dutch oven and I also rarely used that, coz it's not big enough to cook meals for four in.
