  The last time, Agoda processed by credit card charge, but never sent the tickets. Agoda has NO phone call or email process to dispute this. I had to email the head office overseas - and still no response. I did a chargeback on my Amex - who said I needed to speak to Agoda first. After I explained to Amex that Agoda has NO way of being contacted, and when Amex themselves could not contact anyone at Agoda, they then processed the chargeback. What a waste of my time.

  Yep - that's the head office customer service email, and guess who never replied to the email I sent to them?

  FYI Agoda routinely has random coupon codes auto applied that discounts 10% or so as well

  Yeah I often find the third party travel websites can be a PITA compared to just booking directly
