Two very different laptops. 14" vs 16". You get a dedicated GPU with HP. I'd say lenovo would have better build because HP's build is questionable. Both are decent laptops. You probably just need to ask yourself, what's your use case? Does it include gaming at all or portability is high on your priority

The HP Laptop weighs around 1.92kg while the Lenovo one weighs around 1.19kg so if portability is your concern, get the Lenovo. If you wanted pure performance and gaming, the HP one beats the Lenovo hands down.

No gaming. Just a reliable and powerful laptop to serve for years. 14 inches or 16 inches doesn’t matter . Are the specs , screen , processor etc in Lenovo also good?

16" Envy. why couldnt it have been the smaller one? Would have preferred the smaller one for weight purposes.
