I deadset can't tell the difference between 60-120hz and 244hz. When I got a 244hz monitor I thought it looked a lot better for months.. until I realised I hadn't changed the refresh rate for the monitor in the display settings and it was still only at 60hz.

I didn’t want to mention it in the post but if 100% rather spend the extra 50$ for the 280hz version. As for the Lenovo, I haven't seen any reviews for the 1440p version, but the 4k version was mentioned here noting "performance issues in HDR modes and weird setting choices" so I'm just gonna steer clear for now.
